【Pharmacological action】
1. Pharmacodynamics: This product has a broad-spectrum antibacterial effect against aerobic Gram-positive bacteria such as hemolytic streptococcus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, and Enterococcus faecalis, and aerobic Gram-positive bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Salmonella, and Neisseria. Negative bacteria have good antibacterial activity.
2. Pharmacokinetics: 10mg/Kg body weight injection, bioavailability (F) is greater than 90%, half-life (T/2) is 1 hour, protein binding rate is 17%, widely distributed in the body, can pass through the placenta, about 60 % of the oral dose is excreted through glomerular filtration and renal tubules in the original form within 6 hours, and part of the excretion is excreted in bile from the urine.
[Indications] For amoxicillin-sensitive Gram-positive cocci and Gram-negative bacteria infections, such as Staphylococcus aureus disease, colibacillosis, pullorum and infectious rhinitis.
[Withdrawal period] 6 days for cattle, 1 day for pigs, and 2 days for abandoning milk.
